1. Shortness of Breath-

If you find yourself winded up while having a brisk walk, climbing stairs or just doing your regular household, you might be pregnant. The reason behind this is that the growing fetus in your uterus needs oxygen and so you need extra oxygen.

2. Sleepy-

If you find it difficult to wake up in the morning you may be pregnant. Also, there is a want to lie down all the day. You feel exhausted and tired. This is all due to changes in your hormones.

3. Soreness of Breast-

This is an entirely common experience for a few women in their early pregnancy. You may not want to wear your bra as your breast may feel tender and heavy. The veins on the chest may get more pronounced along with darkening of the areola.

4. Increased Frequency of Passing Urine-

Yes, all of the sudden you may suffer from frequent urination. You may also have to get up at night again and again to pass urine. The reason behind this is that during extra pregnancy fluid is produced by the body.

5. Nausea and Vomiting-

It is a typical experience of pregnant women during their first trimester. Again the reason behind this is a rise in hCG hormone level. In most of the women morning sickness subsides after the first trimester.

6. A headache-

Some women experience a headache due to the increased amount of hCG hormone. This may be an early sign suggesting pregnancy. Better meet your doctor before taking any medication.

7. A backache-

A backache is very common in the last trimester of pregnancy, but some women may also experience it during their early pregnancy.

8. Cramp-

Mild abdomen cramp may be the first sign of pregnancy. The reason behind this is that your uterus stretches itself to prepare itself for the fetus. However, it is also a common pre-menstrual symptom so you may get confused and may think you are going to have your periods.

9. Bloating and Lack of Appetite-

Some women suffer from upset stomach and bloating of the stomach. This gives a feeling of fullness, and you do not feel like eating anything. This is all because of the hormonal changes your body is going through.

10. Mood Swings-

If you find yourself getting irritated with small things this may be due to hormonal changes your pregnant body is going through.

11. Spotting-

If you are expecting pregnancy, a few blood spots may confuse you. But if the spots appear earlier than the expected period date and is lighter in colour, it may be due to implantation of the fertilised egg on the wall of the uterus.
