A cold drink is refreshing on a sunny summer noon, while a hot drink will warm you up faster than cuddling on cold winter nights. But beer? Beer is for all seasons and for all tastes! Beer makes everything better. It’s lot easier to start your day when you know it’ll end with beer. Beer is awesome. Not only does it serve as a temporary solution for your problems, it also brings in unexpected health benefits!
While there are many benefits of drinking beer, please note that there’s approximately 100 calories in light beer per serving, it could go up to 220 calories in other beers. A couple of these will lead to a beer belly. Just keep in mind that, I’m discussing about consumption in moderation (one drink per day for women, and up to two for men), not all-night drinking sprees.
