Ingredients-
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
- 8 ounces of fresh water
Making-
- Take 8 ounces of water and boiled it.
- Mix all the cinnamon in the boiled water.
- Before straining, steep it for fifteen minutes.
- You can consume it for twice a day.

Green Tea and Ginger:-
Items-
- 1 tbsp of Green tea
- 8 ounces of fresh water
- Organic Honey
- ½ inch of fresh Ginger root.

Preparation-
- First, 8 ounces of water should be boiled.
- One tbsp of green tea and chopped ginger root have to be added in boiled water.
- Steep them for 3-4 minutes.
- You can add a little raw honey to it.
- Drink it daily two cups of this solution on an empty stomach.
- You should not use sugar and milk to making this solution.
- Overall, this tea helps boost your immunity system and improves metabolism.

Ginseng:-
Required items-
- 8 ounces of fresh water
- 1 tbsp of chopped American or Korean Ginseng
- Raw Honey
Directions-
- Take 8 ounces of water and boiled it.
- Chopped ginseng has to be added in it.
- Leave it to seep for 10 minutes.
- You can add honey or lemon juice to it.
- Consume it twice a day.

Dandelion and Peppermint:-
You will need-
- 1 tbsp of dried Dandelion leaves
- 1 tbsp of dried Peppermint leaves
- 8 ounces of water
- Lemon
How to make-
- A cup of water has to be boiled and add peppermint leaves in it.
- Now, add dandelion leaves to the boiled water.
- You can add lemon to taste.
