1. Coconut Oil-
Coconut is antibacterial and has hydrating properties. It soothes dry skin and also is useful for yeast infection. Apply coconut oil directly to your private parts. Alternatively, add four teaspoons of coconut in 6 cups of water and wash your private parts with it. Also, use coconut oil in cooking to boost body immune system.
2. Indian Lilac-
Indian lilac or margosa leaves have been used since ages to treat skin issues and can also be used to treat vaginal itching. It is antibacterial and antifungal. Boil a handful of leaves in 4 cups of water for 10 minutes and then let it cool. Rinse your vagina with this water two times in a day.
Neem oil is also beneficial for this purpose. As neem oil is very potent oil and you need to mix a few drops of it with coconut oil and then apply it to your private parts. Alternatively, add a drop of neem oil to water and rinse your private parts with it.
3. Epsom Salt-
Epsom salt controls infection by checking the growth of fungi and bacteria. Add a tablespoon of Epsom salt to 2 cups of water and risen your intimate part with this solution. You may also soak yourself for 20 minutes in the bath tub filled with water and in which a half cup of Epsom salt is added.
You may also prepare a DIY home remedy for vaginal itching by mixing 2-4 drops of thyme oil, lavender oil, rosemary and chamomile oil and a teaspoon of Epsom salt in a bottle filled with water. Rinse your private parts with this solution two times daily.
4. Apple Cider Vinegar-
Apple cider vinegar is antibacterial and antifungal. Acetic acid present in it maintains the pH balance and checks the growth of fungi and bacteria. Mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and rinse your private area with it. Also, add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and drink this solution two times in a day to eliminate the harmful bacteria out of your body.
Garlic is an antibiotic and antimicrobial. Crus a clove of garlic and insert into your vagina. Leave it overnight and then in the morning remove it and rinse your private part with warm water. Repeat it for a few night, and you will find relief in itching. Garlic may cause burning initially, but soon you will find comfort. Also, add garlic to your cooking.
How to Prevent Itching in Private Parts in Females
A simple solution to keep feminine itch is to maintain genital hygiene. Wear loose cotton clothes. Refrain yourself from using harsh chemical soaps, Use warm water to rinse vagina. Do not douche, Find alternatives to IUC in spermicidal condoms. Avoid tampons and do not use perfumes hygiene vaginal sprays, powders and fragrances. And yes after passing bowel always wipe from front to back.
