The treatment of endometriosis includes painkillers, hormonal medications and surgical removal of endometrial tissue. In case a woman wants to get pregnant then 6 months to a year of unprotected sex is advised.

Eat a balanced diet rich in calcium, magnesium, fatty acids and vitamins. Avon caffeinated drinks. Also, minimize the consumption of dairy products and meat. Few foods that you should include in your diet are avocados, flaxseeds, chia seeds, cruciferous vegetables and wild caught fish. Try to eat more and more pesticide-free organic foods.
