Sesame seeds have all the necessary compounds to balance hormones and make your periods regular. Roast a cup of sesame seed in a pan for 5 minutes. When its colour changes remove it from flame and when cooled down store it in an airtight container. You may also add a little jaggery to the sesame seeds to taste.
