Eat balanced and regular diet –
It is recommended to eat small meals every three to four hours. Better, eat 2-3 hours before sleeping so that your stomach is full and you can have a restful sleep. Avoid eating junk and sugary foods as they make you tired the next day. You do not need to cook every 2 to 3 hours. You can eat fruits, drink juice, and eat egg oatmeal and other healthy snacks between meals. Make sure that your diet is well balanced and contains foods from all food groups. You need all essential nutrients such as carbs, proteins, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats to carry out vital body functions. Try to eat your breakfast as early as possible so that you can have your next meal around 10 to 11 a.m.
Exercise is the best natural home remedy to keep exhaustion at bay –
You do not need to go to the gym and sweat. Start with simple exercise such as walking for at least 20 minutes for 6 days in a week. Eventually increase your walking time to 5 minutes every week. Your target should be to walk for at least 45 minutes for 6 days in a week. You can also go for brisk walk. The best time for walk is morning as it refreshes you with energy required throughout the day. If you do not get time in morning, you can go for evening walk for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
Lose some weight –

Get a good night rest-

Cut caffeine –
Cut caffeine completely. Cutting caffeine completely will make you irritable and cause headaches. Eventually reduce it. This process may take 3 weeks. Once you eliminate caffeine from your diet, you will notice that your sleep has improved and you will not feel tired throughout the day. If you feel thirsty, better drink water.
Keep yourself hydrated –
If your body is dehydrated, you will feel tired. Make a target of drinking at least eight glasses of water everyday. Drinking water keeps you full for a longer period and prevents overeating.
Drink less alcohol –
A couple of glasses of alcohol may make you fall asleep but you sleep less deeply and the next day you feel tired. Better, cut down the alcohol before bedtime for a better good night sleep. The best will be to cut off the alcohol completely.
