Simple Ways Will Give You Freedom From Forehead Wrinkles
After a certain age, wrinkles and fine lines start to form on your face and makes your look dull. It also gives you an aging look that most of you just do not want to see on your face. Wrinkles and fine lines generally freeze their space around the eyes, lip area and on our forehead.
There are many ways to remove these wrinkles where you tend to go for costly beauty enhancements and make-up options as well. But, there are some natural ingredients that will tame and prevent the onset of wrinkles, especially on your forehead area and keep you younger looking.
1# Castor Oil
This is indeed a powerful oil that not only maintains the elasticity of your skin but also prevents the wrinkles. Just take 1-2 drops of castor oil and massage it on your forehead twice in a day for 5 minutes. Use gentle circular till it gets fully absorbed in your skin. Castor oil also contains ricinoleic acid that fights against the free radicals and also prevents fine lines on your skin. Apply it everyday to get soft and shiny skin in few weeks.
2# Aloe Vera And Egg
Aloe vera and egg contains vitamin E that is very beneficial for the skin’s health. It also helps in keeping the skin nourished and reduces fine lines as well. Egg contains albumin that helps in tightening and toning the skin. Take 2 tbs of aloe vera gel and 1 egg white. Mix them well to form a paste. With the help of cotton apply this pack on your forehead area and let it dry. Once it is dry, wash it off with lukewarm water. Apply this pack 2-3 times in a week to get healthy and youthful skin.
3# Almond Oil
Almond oil is a rich source of vitamin E that keeps the skin moisturized and healthy. Just take few drops of almond oil and massage it well on your forehead for few minutes. Use gentle strokes and circular motions while applying this oil on your forehead. Do this everyday during bedtime at night to get wrinkle free and smooth forehead.
4# Citrus Fruits
Either eat citrus fruits like grapes, orange, kin now, lemon or you can also apply their juice on your forehead to remove the wrinkles. Take fresh lemon juice and add some water to dilute it. With the help of a cotton ball, apply this juice on your forehead and let it dry. Wash off with normal water. Apply this everyday on your skin to get soft and smooth skin.
5# Drink Water
Water helps in keeping the skin moisturized and hydrated. Dry and dull skin is an outcome of dehydrated body and less water. So, in order to keep wrinkles at bay you need to drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. It gives you a supple and form skin with a youthful glow.
6# Good Sleep
Sleep deprived skin tend to get more wrinkles and when you get your 8 hours sleep then your collagen count becomes more ad this keeps the skin youthful and healthy. Our skin repairs self during night time, so it is a good thing to sleep in peace during night time and hit the bed at right time too by keeping all the gadgets and stress at bay.
7# Use Sunscreen
Whether it is summer or winter, in both the seasons your skin is getting equally exposed to sun and it gets affected by the UV rays. It is a good habit to apply a good quality of sunscreen on your skin before stepping out in the sun. Choose a moisturizer that contains high SPF and is good for your skin type as well. In summers you can also try mineral powder sunscreen if you do not wish to apply any SPF cream.
8# Skincare Routine
Keep your skincare routine up and alive by following it everyday for a youthful skin. Clean, exfoliate and then moisturize your skin everyday to keep it away from wrinkles.
Use a gentle face wash to keep your skin sparkling clean, then exfoliate with a mild scrub to remove dead skin cells, use a face mask as per your skin type to keep your skin healthy and moisturized. Now, wash off that mask and apply a toner to lock the moisture in your skin. Use a good quality cream or a moisturizer to keep your skin soft and supple. Do this everyday to prevent wrinkles on the forehead.
