If you know that you are allergic to certain foods, spices, dust and sharp fragrances then it is always better to stay away from them. You can also prepare a hot cup of ginger tea by boiling a cup of water in a pan and add some ginger to it. Let it boil on low flame for 5 minutes and then strain it. Fennel seeds contain antiseptic and antibiotic properties that helps in treating the non-stop sneezing and also clears respiratory tract infection. Roast a handful of fennel seeds and keep consuming them within few intervals as this will treat your sneezing. You can also prepare fennel tea by boiling a cup of water and then adding ginger, 2 tsp fennel seeds in the water. Let it boil on low flame for 5 minutes and the strain it in a cup. You can add 1 tsp of honey for added taste, this will give you immediate relief from non-stop sneezing.
7# Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds contain anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that helps in preventing the sneezing bouts. You can also prepare fenugreek tea and consume it regularly to get relief from too much sneezing. Take 1 cup of water in a pan and add 1 tsp of roasted fenugreek seeds in the water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and then strain the drink. Add little honey to it for good taste and consume this tea 1-2 times daily till your sneeze subsides.
Tamarind is rich in vitamin C that boosts immunity and prevents sneezing
Tamarind is rich in vitamin C that increases the immunity of the body and keeps sneezing at bay. You can prepare tamarind and black pepper soup that helps in easing off the sneezing and cold. Take some water and soak in a little piece of tamarind for half an hour.
Now extract the pulp of tamarind in the same water and add 2 cups of water to it along with 10-12 curry leaves, 1 tsp black pepper powder, pinch of rock salt and half tsp of turmeric powder. Let this water boil and them simmer it for 15 minutes. Now drink this soup when its still hot or warm or you can also mix it with rice and consume. Make sure that it is spicy enough to work well on your sneezing and cold.
