Benefit-1: Prevents Blackheads and Pimples

You can eat raw leaves of tulasi plant as it has a minty taste and it also helps in preventing blemishes and pimples. You can also take some tulasi leaves and crush them along with neem leaves and add some turmeric and sandalwood powder to it. Add juice of half lemon and make a paste. Apply this paste on your face for 10 minutes. Wash off after 10 minutes and get a clear skin.

Benefit-2: Keeps aging at Bay

Tulsi has anti-aging properties so it helps in keeping aging effects at bay. Take some dried tulsi leaves and make a fine powder of them. Now, add some coconut oil, honey, multani mitti (fuller’s earth) and few drops of milk to it. Apply this pack on your face for 20 minutes. Wash off with plain water. Repeat this process twice in a week to get supple and glowing skin.

Benefit-3: It Cures Dandruff

Dandruff can be easily cured by applying some warm tulsi oil mixed with coconut oil in your scalp. Massage well and leave it overnight. Next morning, wash off with mild shampoo. This will help in cleansing your scalp ad making t free from dandruff.

  • Mix equal portion of amla and tulsi powder and add some water to form a paste. Leave this paste overnight in a bowl.
  • Next morning, add little coconut oil to this paste and apply it on your scalp as a mask. Wash off after 30 minutes.

Take 1 tsp of tulsi leaves juice and 1 tsp of honey and mix them well in 1 glass of water. Drink this water twice in a day on daily basis. This helps in flushing out kidney stones from the urinary tract naturally.

Take some tulsi leaves and make a paste of these leaves in the grinder. Now add 1 tsp of gram flour to this paste and mix well with little amount of water. Apply this paste on your face and let it remain there for 10 minutes. Wash off with plain water. Repeat this twice or thrice in a week and you will get blemish free skin within few weeks.
