If you do not have any underlying medical issue then this very easy to restore low creatinine level.  Follow a healthy diet rich in protein, vitamin D,  magnesium, calcium and other important nutrients.  Work out regularly to strengthen your muscles. Get enough sleep for at least 8 hours daily. To prevent dehydration make sure to drink 9 to 10 glasses of water every day. Limit the intake of alcohol and make sure not to cut down carbohydrate intake.
