Changing your Bad Habits:

Generally, human beings are what they do repeatedly. We have many good and bad habits. Can we change our habits? This is a difficult question, isn’t it? It is not that easy to change our habits and it is much beyond what all we think and say. So, here we will discuss about habits associated with everyday items.

Tooth Brush: Many tend to use the same brush for months or years. It is very easy to identify when our brush requires a change. If your brush has damaged bristles then it requires a change, as simple as that. If it is used beyond its normal life span then it will not clean your teeth properly. It is also advisable to change your brush when you have recovered from diseases, especially viral fever, because virus gets accumulated in your brush.

Pillow Cover: You use pillow while sleeping and your saliva may come into contact with pillow, which leads to formation of bacteria and the same pillow we you use it for several days. At times, you may have running nose and, it may be come in contact with pillow, as mentioned above. So, pillow covers need a change at regular intervals. It may cause allergies, acne and other infection to your skin.

Towel: it is one of the common everyday items, which we use very often. We use it to clean our body and face. Our towel needs to be very clean and complete dry towels are recommended for usage. Dry the wet towels in sun. Any negligence shown towards cleanliness may cause many infections and allergies, especially skin infections. Don’t use foul smell and wet towels, because bacteria may be present in such kind of towels.

Loofah: It is necessary to change loofah very often, otherwise it will cause rashes. Sweating can cause infections through loofah, irrespective of whether you have skin infections or not. We tend to rub loofah on our body, and friction caused while doing so may lead to skin problems and flaking. So sweat present on the body will get attached to the loofah and leads to development of fungus on loofah. The same loofah we use it on other body parts and it transfers the fungus to other areas.

Comb: Every day we comb our hair, right? Using a bad and dirty comb may cause hair and scalp problems. We carry a lot of pollution on our hair and using the same dirty comb everyday will cause boils, rashes, irritation, etc. It is important to clean the comb at least once a week. If possible change a comb for every six months. A clean comb will give you clean scalp. Moreover, if you have dandruff, then use a separate comb and clean regularly. Otherwise, you will pass the dandruff to your family members a swell.
