1# First 3 Days
Follow this regime for first 3 days to lose weight- Start by drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning. Then drink 1 glass water before having your breakfast, continue with 3 glasses of water between breakfast and lunch. Drink 1 glass water before lunch and then after every one and half hours until evening. Drink 1 glass water before your dinner and then drink a glass of water before going to the bed.
2# Another 5 Days
Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday for constant weight loss
For another 5 days, increase the intake of water from 1 glass to 2 glasses on an empty stomach in the morning. Then drink 1 glass water before having your breakfast, continue with 3 glasses of water between breakfast and lunch. Drink 1 glass water before lunch and then after every one and half hours until evening. Drink 1 glass water before your dinner and then drink a glass of water before going to the bed.

3# For Next 52 Days
