1.Yogurt

Yogurt s rich in bacteria lactobacillus that is probiotics. It controls the growth of an infection causing microorganism. To treat a vaginal yeast infection, insert yogurt in your vagina and leave it overnight. You may insert a tampon dipped in yogurt into your vagina and leave it for two hours. Do this twice a day. Also, incorporate unsweetened yogurt into your diet plan.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Acider vinegar is one of the most effective home remedies for yeast infections. It is rich in acetic acid that controls the growth of fungi. Mix two tablespoons of organic ACV to a cup of lukewarm water. Drink it two times in a day.

You may also add 2 cups of ACV to a bathtub filled with water soak yourself in it for 20 minutes. Alternatively, add water and ACV in equal amounts and douche with it.

3. Cranberries

Cranberries have antifungal and antibacterial properties. It offers a practical treatment against vaginal yeast infection and UTI. Drink unsweetened cranberry juice 3-4 times in a day.

4. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is antifungal and also soothes itching and burning. Apply coconut oil directly to the affected area. Alternatively, mix coconut oil with equal amounts of cinnamon and apply to the affected area.

5. Garlic

Garlic again is anti-fungal and antibacterial. It is rich in antibiotic components. Crush a pod of garlic and insert it into the vagina. Leave it overnight. Repeat it next night if needed. This may burn a little, but soon you will find relief. Also, add garlic to your cooking.

6. Boric Acid

The antiseptic and anti-fungal properties of boric acid makes it a useful remedy for vaginal yeast infections. Dilute boric acid with water
And apply to the affected area. After a few minutes rinse it off. Repeat this twice on a day until you find relief.

* Boric acid is not to be used by women who are pregnant.

7. Oregano Oil

Oregano oil has anti-fungal components. It boosts body immune system. Dilue oregano oil with olive oil and apply it topically two times in a day.

8. Tea Tree Oil

Tea Tree oil is a potent anti-fungal. Pour two drops of the oil on a tampon and insert it into the vagina. Leave it for two hours. Repeat this process twice every day.

Olive leaf extract helps in the treatment of yeast infections as it is, antifungal and anti-inflammatory. It also has antioxidant properties and helps to restore the good bacteria.

Chop few fresh leaves of olive and place it into a glass jar. Pour vodka over olive leaves till they are covered entirely. Close the jar and store it in a dark place for about four weeks. Apply the solution to the affected areas three times in a day.

Yeast infections is not impossible to deal but besides the above home remedies make sure you’re under clothes are not too tight. Use cotton panties. Avoid perfumed soaps to clean vagina. Better use a lactic acid intimate wash. Avoid douche. Drink 9-10 glasses of water every day.
