If you have delivered normally m, then you can also start a little exercising after 6 weeks. And, if you went through the c-section, then you can exercise a few weeks later. But, you must take a walk daily at least for half an hour as it will help you in burning the fat.

Breastfeeding is the best way to lose the post pregnancy weight. It consumes 600 to 800 calories per day by breastfeeding your baby. Therefore, this is healthy for both the mother and the child. Your baby will grow healthy and at the same time you can reduce your weight.

Once your baby arrives your sleeping habits will change according to your little pie. Now you cannot sleep for long hours as your baby will not let you sleep around the clock. Therefore, take a nap, when your baby falls asleep without thinking about the household work because, lack of sleep will also effect on your weight. So, taking a regular nap along with your baby will help you in weight reduction.

Playing with the newborn baby is a great exercise to all the new mums. Carry your baby and do rock & roll. Lie down straight and place your baby on your legs, now start moving your legs up and down. By doing this, your kid will enjoy and you can tone your body. Thus, it’s a combination of fun and fitness.
