1# Amla

Amla is the most healthy herb for your hair and you can either consume it in a powder form or in a raw form. It is very rich in vitamin C and iron that promotes hair growth and keeps the hair roots strong. It helps in preventing hair fall and keeps your hair shiny. Take 4 tbs of amla powder and mix 2 tsp lemon juice to it. Mix well and then massage it into your hair roots till your hair tips. Let it remain in your hair for 15 minutes and then rinse it with a mild shampoo. Use this twice in a week for getting smooth and strong hair.

2# Bhringraj

Bhringraj

Bhringraj is a powerful herb that keeps hair long, black and strong. It prevents hair loss and premature graying of hair as well. Take a bunch of bhringraj leaves and add them in a cup of coconut oil. Heat up this oil in a pan on low flame for about 20 minutes. Let the oil cool down then strain it in a bottle and then massage your scalp with this oil. Let this oil stay on your scalp for half an hour and then wash off your hair with normal shampoo. Use this oil for massaging your scalp twice in a week and see its amazing results.

3# Curry Leaves

Curry leaves not only adds flavor to our food but they are also very healthy for our hair. Curry leaves prevents hairfall, prevents premature graying of hair, stimulates the growth of hair and nourishes the hair from roots making them super strong. Take handful of curry leaves and 2 tbs coconut oil and place them in a pan. Place this pan on low heat and heat it up till the leaves start giving a brown color to the oil. Now place the pan to a side so that the oil cools off. Now, divide you hair into sections and apply this oil on your scalp and hair. Leave this oil in your hair for half an hour and them shampoo your hair. Repeat this process twice in a week to get healthy and shiny hair.

4# Hibiscus

Hibiscus

The flower and leaves of hibiscus are equally good for your hair as they help in preventing the hairfall. You need 2 hibiscus flowers and 2 tbs coconut oil or olive oil. Place them in a pan and then heat this oil for 10 minutes on low flame. Let the oil cool down and then apply this oil on your scalp. Massage well for 15 minutes and then wait for another 15 minutes before washing off the scalp and hair with a mild shampoo. Use this oil twice in a week to keep your hair shiny and to grow them strong.

Hibiscus

5# Aloe Vera

Aloe vera helps in balancing the sebum production and pH level of the scalp. This helps in preventing the hair loss and keeps hair growth healthy as well. Take 2 tsp aloe vera gel and apply it on your scalp. Massage it gently for atleast 5-7 minutes on your scalp and let it stay on your scalp and hair for atleast 2 hours. Wash off with a mild shampoo to get silky and strong hair.

6# Neem

Neem

Neem has anti-bacterial properties that takes care of your scalp and fights from the bacterial infections and dandruff as well. It helps in improving the blood circulation and tackles thin hair well. It also prevents hairfall and promotes hair growth as well. Take a bunch of neem leaves and boil them in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. Let this mixture cool down and then Give your hair a final rinse with this water after you shampoo your hair. Repeat this process with every hair wash and your hair will become long and strong.
