Simple Home remedies to relieve Morning Sickness

When you wake up in the early morning, find you are very tired like that is end of the day. You feel very sickness then won’t wake up. Almost 65 per cent of the women suffering with the sickness problem, although it is a common issue but some women feel this till end of day. Especially pregnancy women feel the same problem when they wake up in the early morning. This happens any time of the day. Actually, there is no cure for the sickness because it is common and unpleasant. But there are some home remedies to relieve morning sickness.

Herbal tea:

  • Ginger is the ideal one to make herbal tea, which helps to relief morning sickness.
  • It soothes the stomach and boost betterment.
  • Whenever you feel queasy, it helps to gibe relief.
  • You can use chamomile and peppermint

Meals:

  • You know heavy meals are not well for the body especially pregnancy women, only have quality and nutritious food.
  • Don’t take meals one time heavily.
  • Separate the meals foe perfect digestion.
  • Divide the meals into six times.
  • Sometimes heavy and big meals causes hunger pangs may bring nausea.

Avoid quick moves:

  • When you wake up in the early morning, you don’t get up suddenly.
  • It is not good for heart, it will harmful to heart functions.

Complex carbohydrates:

  • Complex carbohydrates are ideal for your meal.
  • These present in your meal avoids the sickness.
  • Potatoes, starchy foods and bread etc. contains carbohydrates, which helps to ease the digestion.

Water:

  • Drink plenty of water daily, which helps to pregnant women in many ways.
  • It makes body hydrated.
  • Drink water 30 min before and 30 min after. Don’t drink between the meals.

Red raspberry leaf tea:

  • Red raspberry leaf tea helps to ease the symptoms of morning sickness.
  • It aids to relaxing the uterus muscles.

Fennel seeds:

Chew few fennel seeds whenever you feel queasy, which will ease the sickness.

Vitamin B6:

  • During the pregnancy period, nausea and vomiting occurs heavily.
  • Doctors suggest that vitamin B6 for this problem.
  • The amount of 25 milligrams for three times in a day is suggested by doctors.
  • Once check with your doctor before take any supplement.

Don’t sniff:

  • Stay away from deodorant or perfumes, which will casus to nausea.
  • Sniff a slice of lemon that will relief you from the stress and sickness.
  • You can mix lemon with water and drink it.

Eating:

  • Completely avoid junk foods including fired foods, spices and fatty foods.
  • Junk foods will increase the nausea condition.
