For this asana you need to kneel down on a yoga mat and place your hands on your hips. Your knees should be in line with your shoulders and as you inhale, you need to draw in your tail bone towards the pubis and arch your back and slide your palms over your feet till they are in a straight position. Keep your neck in a normal position. Stay in this position for about 10 seconds or as long as your body can hold and then breathe out and come back to the normal position. This helps in improving the digestion and keeps stress of the mind. It also relieves the back pain and improves the posture of the body thereby giving healthy growth to the hair.
2# Adho Mukha Svanasana

Also known as downward facing dog pose, this asana is beneficial for relieving the stress and also gives freedom from depression that is the root cause of hair fall. It also energizes the body and improves digestion. Sit on a mat comfortably by placing your knees below your hips and your hands slightly forward of your shoulders. Now, stand on four limbs and then gently lift up your hips by straightening your elbow and knees so that your body forms an inverted ‘V’. Press your hands and lengthen your neck so that your gaze should see your navel. Remain in this position for few seconds and then slowly return back to the normal position by sitting on your knees. Repeat this everyday and you will notice a change in your hair fall level as it will decrease rapidly.
Uttanasana helps in improving the blood circulation to the hair follicles
Uttanasana is also known as standing forward bending pose that improves the blood circulation in the hair roots and makes them stronger than before. It also helps in rejuvenating the body and keeps your mind off the stress thereby giving you a peaceful sleep at night. For this asana, you need to stand and keep your feet and shoulders parallel to each other. Place your feet firm on the ground and then bend your upper half towards your toes very gently. Do not bend your knees and they should be straight when you do this asana. Try to touch your toes with your stretched arms and keep your face in between your legs. Remain in this position for atleast 10 seconds and then come back to your normal standing position. This asana helps in maintaining the flexibility of your back and hips. It also helps in improving the posture and also tones the muscles of your abdomen. This helps in hair growth as well by preventing your hairfall in a magical way.

This is also known as the shoulder stand pose and is very beneficial in maintaining the hair growth and it regularizes the metabolism as well. It also increases the inflow of blood and oxygen to the brain and hair follicles thereby giving relief from hair fall and depression as well. It also helps in increasing the metabolism of the body and saves it from various diseases.
For this asana you need to lie down on your back on a mat and then keep your legs straight and arms straight touching your body. Now, lift your lower body slowly towards upward side and place your hands on your back. Your whole body should be in line with your upper arm that supports your back. Hold this pose for 10 seconds and then with the support of your hands bring your body down in a normal position and then rest on the mat.
